CLASSES
Mat Pilates – Tuesdays 7:15 to 8:15pm
Come escape the daily grind with an invigorating workout to tone and lengthen the core muscles of your body. Pilates exercise teaches awareness of breath, alignment of the spine, and aims to strengthen the deep muscles of the abdomen, back, hips, and gluts.

Yoga – Wednesdays 7:15 to 8:05pm - Friday 9am
Discover the benefits of yoga with this relaxing, yet energizing whole- body work-out. Yoga emphasizes alignment, developing both strength and flexibility in order to create long, lean muscles and improve your overall health. Take charge of your own healing process by being attentive to the message the body is sending and responding accordingly.

Fitness Ball Fridays – Beginning June 1st, 2012 – Classes every Friday from 10:30 – 11:15am
Come work up a sweat and challenge your core strength, balance, and flexibility with a series of exercises using the fitness ball. This 45 minute class combines cardiovascular exercise with dynamic upper and lower body strengthening activities to improve muscle tone, postural awareness, and complete body endurance. Each session will include a proper warm-up, cool-down, and focus on conditioning of the major muscle groups that help to promote joint health and prevent injury. Fitness ball provided.

Class Cost: $12/session or purchase a package of 8 for $80
*Modifications can be made to meet the needs of all experience levels. Mats, blocks, straps, and fitness balls will be provided.
